    Hi Seanvv. I am not an expert either. Dalo Harkin our HDD expert, should be along shortly to assist you. I was running 2 SATA Hard Drives and one IDE. Trying to remember how I configured. SATA Hard drives have done away with the Master/Slave configuration. If I remember correctly I set the Ide to Slave. I then went into the Bios and set the SATA to precede the IDE in boot order. Sure that's all that was necessary. Dalo will correct me,I am sure,if I have missed something.:)

    Hi Neville.The only way I can suggest, is to Contact the help desk through your free or web based email program, and tell them why your contacts were deleted. Often they can help you restore them.:)

    If we had that information,it would been easier to find the cause.

    This Guy had a Thread running on this same issue,on another Site,and because he is using Illegal Software,has had his Thread Closed by Admin.

    I had exactly the same issue, twice and once it was the Ram sticks I had to swap around,and the second time,I accidently unseated a Ram stick. May pay to check they are seated properly including your Video Card.

    Don't uninstall K-Lite Codec pack. You need those Codecs. See if VLC will play the Video in question. Yes I meant Trojen (not a dangerous one, but an invasive one) I read. Trojan/Trojen is spelt different in different Countries.

    Hi. You most likely need codecs. Haali Media Splitter has been suggested as a Trogan on some sites. I would uninstall both if it were me. I would install VLC Media Player,which has it's own Codecs and will play almost anything. VLC Media Player - Download

    Hi.I'm thinking possibly, the wrong Drivers have been installed. Check Device manager,uninstall the present Drivers,and install the latest correct Drivers. Failing that,Looks like Screen or related damage,due to normally,picking it up by the Screen.:eek: I seriously doubt it is Graphic Card related.:)

    Hi Scott.Welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help. What are the error messages you are getting when your OS BSOD's? The only way I know to test a Graphics card is to try it in another working Computer. Maybe someone else will have ideas,as to your issue.

    Hi Jim. If you have Obj-Tabs checked in Adblock Preferences,uncheck and see what difference it makes.
