  1. They might be talking in Hindi (our national language). I have talked to my ISP customer service and had no problems understanding them though their instructions didn't help much! Most Indians, like me, are not very fluent with English and therefore might fill the void with our mother tongue. I can understand how messed up the instructions would become for you to understand. :) -- Goku

  15. Thats what I was referring to. To resolve the problem, please perform the following instructions: 1. Click on Start. 2. Select Run.... 3. Type command in the Open: box and click OK. 4. In the command line window, type in the following: X:\>attrib -S -H -R X:\autorun.inf X:\>del /F X:\autorun.inf Note: Replace X with drive letter that is affected. 4. Next, open Notepad and click on File. 5. Select Save As... and browse to the affected drive. 6. Put autorun.inf in the File name: box and click Save. Note: The Autorun file should be purposely left blank. Also, remember to change the extension to *.inf 7. Reboot the computer. Now try and access the drive. See if it helps or not. You can no longer access the CD drive or the DVD drive, or you receive an error message after you remove a CD recording program or a DVD recording program in Windows XP: "error code 31" Let us know how it goes. Also, please don't write in all capital letters as it is considered shouting in the cyber world. :) -- Goku
