You might've heard of Ronald Jenkees already, after all*getting your video to YouTubes all time #1 rated position with million views*and counting*in two months shouldn't go unnoticed. There's already debate on whether it's all just an act but that's not really as interesting as what he can do on*the keyboard.*Excelling in variety of genre and in blending them all the while keeping*things likeable to almost everyone judging by the comments is rare. My current favorites. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smE-uIljiGo*(best rated, however guitars don't gain originality points. The challenge is in creating new sound/style that becomes the next big thing in the electronic scene. This guy has skills and soon the popularity to do it.) From the first*album I like Neptune and Clutter. More... View All Our Microsoft Related Feeds

They say its the two things we have to do. 40 billion apparently doesn’t go far. At least not when I think what could be done with it and in light of something like This. (as pointed out on channel 10.)* The united states is 10.1 Trillion dollars in debt. The US dumps more*than 500 billion into national defense each year. That looks like*half the budget. What would happen if say just a tenth of that was put into diplomacy? I’m not talking about giving the money to other countries but what if the money was put into educating leaders on diplomacy?*We might not have to build so many guns. Then there is the education problem in this country. Education is allocated a meager 59 billion dollars per year. Like I said, 40 billion doesn’t go far. If government actually believed that the children of today are tomorrow’s leaders wouldn’t you think they would be allocating*funds to their education like they do to their military? So let’s take just a fraction of what is spent on all armed forces and give our kids more recourse to do more with. I would at least double what is given to the national education fund. We really want to preserve what we have got here in the United States but big military is and was so 80’s, now its about ideology and the merging of Judaea Christian societies with Muslim and many other faiths. This takes education and understanding. I say this, because I’m a us citizen who gets up every day and goes to work and pays my taxes. I also vote. I hope Obama reads Channel 9. :) How would you alocate the budget? am i off my rocker? ;) More... View All Our Microsoft Related Feeds

As much as I hate to admit it, we’ve still using VB6 for our two most important in-house applications.* (I’m working on replacing one of them with VS 2008, but that won’t be for several months.)* I’ve been reading that Microsoft has re-released service pack 3 for XP.* We’re still using VB6 with SP5, because of some very old third party controls that our applications rely upon.* (Some time ago we read where VB6 SP6 broke these third party controls, so we’ve been stuck at VB6 SP5 for years.) I just want to know if anyone has heard whether or not XP SP3 would break third party controls by Sheridan, Wintertree and Crystal Reports XI Release 2? More... View All Our Microsoft Related Feeds

finally the MSI wind release date has been announced however the models, prices (between 471$ and 1100$), specs and operating system will be different for each country :( intel atom 1.0-1.6ghz CPU (only the 1.6ghz CPU is faster than the eee PC's 600mhz celeron) 1gb of ram 10'' 1024x600 led-backlit display a full-size keyboard 80gb sata hard drive (that depending on the RPMs could be better than the eee's SSD) big enough to install vista or an optional SSD on more expensive models wi-fi, lan, webcam, memory card reader and last a rumored 7-hours battery life thanks to atom and the led-backlit display with HP screwing up their 2133 UMPC the only contenders are now the eee 900 and the MSI wind. it's all a matter of prices now :| More... Sometimes, on some websites (MySpace.com is an example of one where I seem to often encounter this behavior and it appears as though this website exhibits that behavior as well,*and I know I’ve encountered this on other websites I just can’t remember which ones at the moment), when I’m entering text into a text box on the web page, if I hold down the shift key and press the letter “R”, instead of actually putting a capital “R” into the text instead I get this stupid Ruler dialog box popup.* In those situations it is impossible to ever get a capital “R” into those text boxes!* That really sucks!!! What causes that stupid dialog box to popup and how to I stop it??? I’m using IE7, and no I don’t want to change browsers. More... View All Our Microsoft Related Feeds
