'Add/Remove' Program Screen Freezes‏

Good Day:

 

Every 3rd time I attempt to open the 'Add/Remove' programs screen, it

freezes. When I try to 'close' it, an error message says 'Error: This page

cannot be closed. If it is being debugged, please resume it or close the

debugger first.'

 

Any ideas?
