I have just downloaded this software on start up of it says select device which i have then format type which i have then select destination. Excuse my ignorance but what am i doing wrong when it says after i select Start it says (the source and destination drive are identical) do i need to use say something like a separate hard drive device ??

Well i`m back what a nightmare tried to open both mails you set me and nothing the second made by processor running at between 79-100% very scary, but then whe i received email telling me i had response from it did try and goto page but processors were running so high it took way too long.

am just rebooting, messenger seized up and had to go to task manager again processor was at nearly 70%, will be back give us a sec

Hello Again Guys, I have recently notice that everytime i log into my pc and go online when i go and see what emails i have in my Windows messenger and open one email up and there is a link to goto site or view something on email, it does not do this and i have to go into task manager and end this funtion and have to re-boot or restart pc for it to start working and it will do this 9 times out of 10, any advice ? i looked in that file and there about 15 separate files in there and there seem to be 3 set up information files one is a (ftdibus file 4KB) and other is (FTDIPORT file 5KB) and lastly a (FTsermou 2KB) apologies this is in USB Serial File. hiya, yes all these were downloaded before cable problem, i found a dynamode file for what i though was lead but it had many files on it and when wizard came up gave it option to look in that file and it did nothing, it was a rs232 file, i even burnd onto cd rom and that did`nt work when it asked for cd rom to be loaded. I recently was having problems with my pc things were running slowly and some other issues were affecting its running, so i thought (before i found out about this great forum) i would call my technical advice line as i have still just a 3 year cover and number to call. Big mistake got this guy on phone that said what you need to do is do a full system recovery, i told him that i have photos and other files that i did not want to loose and he said not to worry all will be ok, which at the time i thought surely that`s not right, but foolishly i went ahead with it, big mistake it was as i thought i lost all my photos etc and it did`nt even solve problem that i had called up about. He then claimed that he had not told me to do so, what a joker this guy was so anyway managed to fix my pc myself with alot of help from this forum reading through threads that had been posted previously, but i really want to know i know its probably not possible but can i find those photos i lost when i did this full system recovery ??
