  1. What about contacting companies if their product is discussed favorable on the site? We could contact them with a link with permission to link to FPCH so that their customers can read what would be considered "user reviews". Has possibilities to be more trouble than what it's worth... but might be an idea to look into.

  5. Agreed, but as they say.. the road to hell is paved with good intentions. While I am not an advocate for achieving desired effects by any means possible... some common sense should be used. Sometimes it appears that GP wants a more naturalistic approach taken to solve everything. Ok... respect for nature and the environment yes, and we humans must tread lightly so as not to destroy our planet... but for the sake of the greater good... sometimes a few ants or even cute bunny rabbits are going to get crushed. So yes... we are in agreement. All things in moderation.. as with this forum.. a happy medium... a well balanced mix.

  7. I certainly think that's a fine topic. But what about toothbrushes? Excellent idea indeed. Especially around February!!! I also added some other topics to go with the 15 I already had. The next goal is two contacts by next Friday, as well as some info for self publishing verses traditional methods. She and I have already discussed basic layout and such... we pretty much agree there. Decided that we could each take a topic and really work it up... as a sample of the intended manuscript. So we'll see how this goes. I think we'll keep setting weekly goals to make sure that this doesn't fall on the back burner AGAIN! :p But I can tell you more when I get home. Just wanted to catch you up beforehand lest I forget. :o

  18. While I deem it rude to criticize mis-spoken English when English is a second language... these are actual quotes from online games. I find them to be incredibly humorous and a good example why online translators are just not sufficient when it comes to the actual workings of language. Spelling and punctuation have been copied exactly as it was on the screen.

I decided to start a civil discussion about Greenpeace. So far I am not impressed with Greenpeace. Everyone's opinion is welcome(be it for or against) as long as the conversation remains friendly.... so please remember your manners. I have no issue having the thread locked if we can't be cordial to one another. (Unless you are trashing Greenpeace :D ;) j/k)
