  1. As it says in the title....Long standing problem now getting worse.Happens in both Firefox and IE.Is there anyway I can find out whether this is a software or hardware problem?
  2. Thanks for all your advice guys.I think I may have been barking up the wrong tree with this problem.I should have mentioned that I use Firefox, after further investigation it appears that my shut downs may have been caused by their plugin-container.exe when visiting sites that use flash.Do I need to address this issue on another area of the forum? Many thanks.
  3. Many thanks for your reply Frank.I have downloaded Revo and hopefully its removed the NkVwMon files however my PC still shuts itself down about 5 or 6 times a day,Very frustrating. Is there any free software that would just checkout my whole system and find out whats causing the faults?

  8. I have a progam on my pc that keeps causing it to shut down. Its related to an old Nikon camera I don't use anymore. When I click on add/remove programs nothing happens.Just a message saying specified file not found.Any clues please?

Many thanks.
