  1. Depending on the size of the cup. I remember when i was in england going to a starbucks and those coffees are so big and the sugars so small i had to put 8 of those packets. :D

  3. The fan should be working too avoid heat related problems. So make sure the fan is working 100% otherwise you have to clean or replace it.

  7. Your PC might have a recovery partition. Press F10 on starup to access it(may vary on different pc's) NOTE: You may loose all data if you restore to factory settings. This is a last resort option

  9. Hi Have you tried to put only one in and see if it works? Make sure everything is securely seated, and i mean everything even check the other cards.

  11. Hi i had the same prob with someone's pc i fixed. You have to fisrt make sure there is no viruses on the pc(i scanned with bitdefender and superantispyware, you can use trendmicro housecall too but that also tell you about all the missing updates) then when i found no more viruses i installed bitdefender(latest version and did another full system scan), then did a repair install of windows, And that sorted it for me.

  13. I dont like overclocking too. I've heard it shortens the life of the CPU but dont know if this is true.
  14. Boot from the xp disk and go in the recovery console. at the console type chkdsk /r (space between the K and the /R)
  15. Hi How many beeps is it. For eg. 1 short 3 long. Is the CPU fan working? Is there any error messages on the screen. Also try a new Cmos battery(the one you took out for 30min).

  17. Does your pc not reconise the cd/dvd rom? What is your startup order. Does it boot first from Hard drive or cd?

  19. Hi I don't know if anyone can know how safe it is, apart from the the guys who run that site :) I think it is a matter of whether you "trust" this site with your data. A external hard drive would be best but is costly as you said, but you will be in control of your data, on the web it is out of your hands. Also hear what the others say about this. Cheers

  22. Go to Device manager right-click where the device has a yellow circle with an explanation mark click properties click on the drivers tab click update driver and follow the prompts.
  23. Hi Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the usb? Have you open the pc or added anything from when this started?
