When I am trying to print a little window keeps opening...like 5 or more of them that says 'error' .... so I can't print pictures...my computer is set up okay and other things print...it is just the pictures. A wizard appears when I first open solitaire asking if I want to continue my game. I do not save games. I have followed the help instructions to delete this game, but no saved games appear. If I click on yes in answer to the wizard's question a partially played game appears. How can I prevent this wizard from appearing when I have no saved or unfinished games? Trying to use Easy Transfer. Bought the Belkin cable kit with CD. Installed fine on my old 32 bit w/Vista. My hard drive has been reformatted; OS reinstalled; Windows 7 home premium up and running. I would now like at least 4 users (one being administrative, each with separate passwords and permissions. Running HP with AMD Phenom x4 with windows 7 (Home Prem & Ultimate) I have two HD's, drive '0' now has the home premimum and my second drive reads drive 2 and contains my Ultimate version. I upgraded the drive '0' from regular Home 7 version. Now I can't get the dual-boot option or access to my Ultimate version. The drives are both recognized in setup and in the control panel. How do I get the system to change back to allow dual boot without having to reload Ultimate system? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated....Pat View the thread

I insalled Office 2013 along side Office 2010, following the instructions to just let it remove Outlook 2010, as Outlook cannot co-exist. I now find that everytime I switch between Office 2010 and 2013 or vice versa, a confiiguration message appears and the system does an initial configuration before launching the applicable application. It does not launch the configuration routine if I switch beween Office applications of the same version. Any suggestions? STeve View this thread

Two users configured on my XP laptop. User #1 works fine. User #2’s icons and taskbar do not appear on start-up. The problem I believe is a corrupted explorer.exe User #2. Explorer.exe User #1 functions correctly. The work around I use is to start-up the pc as User #1 and then switch users. If I do this, when I open User #2 the icons and taskbar work normally because it opens using User #1’s explorer.exe. What do I need to do to replace User #2’s explorer.exe? I’ve tried “end process” of explorer.exe in the Task Master Processes Tab. That did not work. Any other ideas? View this thread

Hi, Mid last year had a system crashed, rebuilt and has been working fine since then. The only USB connections made since then was with my tablet to transfer images. Before the crash, it worked fine with connection to the Conon EOS Utility Desktop solution software to transfer images from the camera to the PC. Since rebuilt have not used this function but tried it a few days back it does not recognize the Original Title: usb controller connection. Moreover I tried to use a USB SD card reader but no luck. The only two items that worked are the tablet and a regular USB stick. There is a yellow question mark infront of the USB Controller in the Other Devices section. Tried to reinstall error not finding it. Not able to use the original CD from Dell as all drivers are for SP1 and I am noe on SP3 version 5.1 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Running XP pro with SP3 on 10 year old Dell Dimension 4500. I do NOT use MSE. I use AVG malware protection. I allow Microsoft updates to download automatically but I choose when to install. On 3/13/13 I noticed my PC had set a new restore point called "Software Distribution Service 3.0". Checking Windows Update I found 8 legitimate appearing updates on 3/13 but I knowingly did not take any action to install them. Do I have malware? If yes, how do I recover? Original Title : Urgent help! I downloaded a program that’s used to lock files, but then I can’t access to these locked files! I’m suspected that I got tricked. I can’t process downloading, too.
