We are trying to deploy, from a single terminal server, both Office 2010 and 2013 (Outlook is 2010 only, of course, as Outlook allows only one instance) through Citrix XenApp. However, when we launch Word 2010 (and only Word) it says it needs repair, though after dismissal of the error Word appears to run fine, but Word 2013 launches fine. If we run repair on Word 2010, it runs fine, but then Word 2013 breaks and says it needs repair (with an identical error message), this cycle can go on forever. Is there anyone who can help with this issue? Our office suites are Profession Plus using KMS for activation. The specific error is as follows: An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please run Setup and select "Repair..." to restore this application. I just switched from windows XP pro to win 7 pro 64. For about 20 years I have used the "Norton File Manager" which won't run under Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit. I became dependent on it's ability to do fairly sophisticated searches like by name, date range, size range, contents, etc. I assume Windows 7 has something like this but I can't find it. Hi. My OS recently crashed and it doesn't even boot. I've wanted to do a clean installation for a long time. Clean slate, so to speak. Thing is, my laptop (Asus) did not come with a recovery CD. And what's worse, the recovery partition has been broken since the day one! The OS is Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit. Russian version. Hi, I have upgraded to Outlook 2013 and installed the upgrade to BCM 2013. However, my business contacts and accounts do not display properly. They seem to be using a standard contact form rather than the BCM form. For example, I can't see linked contacts when I look at an account. I have tried uninstalling BCM and reinstalling, but it hasn't fixed the problem. I am using a shared database which has been upgraded to the 2013 format. Can anyone help? Thanks. View this thread

My pc won't budge! Even if done manually it just sleeps. It's been going on for a month. I've tried every possible trouble shooting solution. Used performance maintenance and it seemed to fix detected problems, even for updates. Then I used clean up disk and deleted recommended unnecessary files. Even purchased a PC utility kit online to fix some 1000+ problems. All done. Still can't shut-down. I even downloaded SUPER AntiSpyware and Autorun as recommended in response to a customer's question (followed instructions) and that has a pending "Setup is requesting authorization..." note on my screen which has been there for more than 2 hours now and nothings happened!!!??? It's driving me crazy!! Please HELP? (FYI: prior to this problem my screen would freeze followed by another problem whereby upon starting up pc, everything would start up normal until I logged in and screen would just go blank yet it seemed to be running as normal - I used trouble shooting performance maintenance and seemed to resolve problem) View the thread

My computer is an IBM Thinkpad T42, Today, when I clicked on the Start button and then the Turn off computer button and then selected the Turn off computer button, the computer would not shut down/turn off.
