If you bought the tablet brand new it has a warranty, if its not working as it should they should fix it or replace it. I've looked I cannot find any help files. Did you buy the tablet through PayPal as you maybe able to claim your money back if the item is faulty.

I've just found the specifications for this Android and other information. xgody GA10H Im going to look through the information and see what I can find,in the mean time under settings could you adjust the screen resolution please, Have a look around on your tablet there should be help files and How To, stored on it. Thanks Starbuck.It arrived today along with the audio cable I ordered. All set up,had a bit of difficulty trying to sink the sound with the TV.Everyones mouths were moving before the voice sounded LOL.Yes I chose one with a Sub Woofer,turn off the SW and the sound is horrid. Apart from arriving in a huge box and I noticed on the delivery van there where the exact same make and model loaded for more deliveries.They where half price in A mazon compared to elsewhere so worth buying.No need for the huge box. So far I am happy with the purchase. JB.

Ive ordered theSamsung HW-F350 40 INCH upwards sound bar. Our TV is a Samsung 43 inch flat screen. I have had no experience at all with sound bars,just asking has anyone had experience with them,are they any good etc? Or should I send this Samsung sound bar back? Thanks. JB.

The disk maybe the issue,you can download direct hardware and software updates from here: Samsung NC20 .Download on another computer if you do not have an internet connection on the notebook,transfer using USB pen drive or DVD/CD disk from the one computer to the NC20. This is what I do with my Samsung NC20. Please get back to me one youve tried this,thanks. JB.

Well xmas went well as usual KenB and DSTM I hope you had a wonderfull time over the holidays. Although forced to buy a new laptop as none of the computers,netbooks etc where compatable with the childs new Elgato game capture card,demanded Windows 8.Not a happy bunny forced to buy new equipment.

I want to run triple and the TV but been so ill and other stuff Ive not upgraded to better cards.I wanted to do a new build but my brain is fuzzled.

One day we may just get our wish.Id be running triple screens and a flat screen TV off it. My case has a clear panel but it has a blue light.Maybe you could add a light to your computer,maybe red that would hide or mask the colour of the mainboard. Ive got a tip for you.You can buy small cable ties from BnQ,they are great for wrapping the cables up and tucking them away it promotes good air flow and looks a lot cleaner through the clear panel.Depending on case maybe hide them behind the mainboard were possible or in an empty area were you would slot a CD/DVD drive. And your very welcome. When you get your new build parts together and you want any help or just to shpws us how it lookes pop back we are usually here. You made a good choice in that mainboard,well done. JB.
