I agree with you shrimply.We choose a budget but as you know to build a good computer you had to spend more than you realy wanted to.Plus you had the choice to buy good quality products which would stand you stead fast for a fast reliable computer. If your just a basic surfer then you could just buy a prebuilt computer from a store. On the price you quoted for a full kit you would most deffinantly struggle to build a decent computer.

Hello and welcome back. This maybe a silly question but are you sure System Restore is turned on? Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab. Is it on or off? Or try the following: Restore/Enable System Restore - #278 on the left. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm Right click on it and save the .reg file to your desktop. Then, double click on the file icon (on your desktop) to merge it into your registry. You may need to reboot your computer for the changes to take affect. With any fix like this you should create a new restore point and backup the registry first.
