That question is completely irrelevant,mate. I asked what format I would have to use so other devices recognize the Movie CD or DVD,and how do I and if I have to Finalize the Movie CD or DVD.:)

Both were .AVI'S,mate.Thanks.One was 699MB and the other 703MB.

I downloaded 2 free Movies from the net. One was 700MB which I burnt to CD. The second one was 700+ MB which was too big for my CD's.700MB limit. With the second Movie I was told to download IMGBURN and make an ISO,which eventually I managed to do.Burnt both and they play well in my PC.No other device wants to recognize them. Audio CD's I burnt play excellent in the playstation. The old dvd player hooks up to the television. Your last Para,Randy seems to be my problem.No other device recognizes either the CD or DVD,and havent a clue,as all is new to me. I was told before I could copy the movie to DVD+R I would have to burn an ISO.Was it necessary to burn an ISO?:confused:As for finalizing or Formats I am lost,sorry. Any Videos we hire play well in either device,but not mine.

There is probably a simple solution to my problem,and hope you guys can help. I burn a Video,either CD or an ISO DVD on my PC, for my wife to watch on her Sony Playstation. Problem is they play well on my PC,but cant play them on her playstation. What do I need to do,so this is possible.? Has something got to be formatted or Finalized,or whatever? I have an old CD/DVD Player,and they wont work on that either.Thanks in advance.:)

I would like to see the drop down boxes on the right moved,as I have a huge blank gap all the way down.Make it the same as other sites and have the posts all the way across.Having the posts squashed up to one side does nothing but make the posts harder to read.I think this is a negative.I have got PM's saying they dislike the way posts are to one side.:) http://i37.tinypic.com/14vgyfk.png

That's probably where I am going wrong, by Cutting to new Folder,instead of copying. Then delete the file from USB once copied to desired location.If it happens again, for any reason,which I doubt now, I will take a screen shot of the pop ups. All a learning curve, for me,mate. Much appreciated.:)

This is all new to me,mate.I plugged the 4 GIG Pen Drive into the USB Port,moused over folders and my limit it says is around 3.8 Gig.Highlighted folders and send to pen drive.However when I load to pen Drive after about 3 Gig it says Pen drive full. I remove properly and plug into new PC. Sometimes all goes well and sometimes it says an error and cant download to new PC.Not all the time.I delete the empty folder on the pen drive and when I click eject,it says I cant because the Pen drive is being used.Then if I reinsert it says the Folder is OK and I cut and paste again,and it goes OK. I plug it back into the Old PC and the Pen Box comes up and says a portion of the Pen drive has Thumbs left on it.I delete them and then it works ok for a while,till more thumbs are left on the Drive.When should it be necessary to reformat the pen drive.If I didnt get thumbs,then I think I wouldnt have this issue that crops up from time to time.Thats why I asked is it possible to configure Windows to prevent thumbs.Hope you can follow me.

I bought a 4 gig Pen Drive and Windows is leaving things called Thumbs on the drive and these are causeing me a headache.Can Windows XP SP3 be configured to stop these? I transfer Data etc from my Old PC to the new one. Thanks in advance.:)

It was only installed on Internet Explorer.I realized, and the Edit was gone,by the time I woke up to the fact. Been a long Day.:)

Thanks for the quick reply,Goku. I may have found the problem.A friend of mine put a Spy blocker Toolbar on my Computer,today. I just uninstalled it and IE7 has started working again. Will test for a few hours and see what gives. Can't understand why Opera Browser wasn't affected.

Hi Guys,My IE7 Browser has stopped working.Popup says Internet Explorer has to close and Freezes,almost instantly after opening. Just had a Netgear DG834 Wired Modem Router installed.Haven't a clue how to check anything in there. Opera still works fine. Any clues? Thanks.

I like the colours.A couple of things which I would look at the index Page,as the Main area is squashed to one side,which on my 19" Monitor looks odd. Another,the blue crosses,on some forums, on the left doesn't fit.Gives negative vibes.Maybe green also with a minus white line,in the centre, would look better. The members,sponsors and Advertizements Boxs may be better suited elsewhere.Looks odd where they are. A vast improvement.Well done. That's my opinion,at first glance,Mike.:)
