Original title: default_179583-1.js from cdn.fastclick.net - How do I permanently delete this popup in Yahoo?When I open this popup I receive a Microsoft error message everytime for Microsoft JScript runtime error and the same code #800A1391.Norton ran their Power Eraser program yesterday and I don't have any viruses, trojans etc. I also ran Malwarebytes and Super Antispyware before I called Norton.I sent screen prints to Yahoo per their request but now they refuse to reply to my emails and Microsoft wants $99 to help me which I refuse to pay.Yahoo is the only place I have this popup occur - nothing happens in Gmail or my website with GoDaddy.I found cdn.clickfast.net in my registry and deleted it. I haven't found it anyplace else in my computer which is a Dell laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.I did many Google searches using the popup default name as well as Microsoft's code number and found many, many people who experience the same popup and want to know how to delete it. Unfortunately most of the advise online is that the popup is a virus which it definitely is not. A few questions as to their uses and differences: (1) Does a systems image include both (i) non-window /other program files, eg office 2010, skype program and other programs/apps I have downloaded and (ii) personal office docs? (2) Can I restore my laptop (if it stops working) if I saved the system image on several DVD disks? Will the restore wizard accept/recognise several dvds? (3) If I create a Windows Backup of my entire c drive (which contains all system files and personal files), can I use these to restore my laptop (if it stops working) – as in the case of a systems image? I just received a call from "Microsoft Windows" team and they claimed they got messages from my computer that said I had viruses & malware. At first they seemed legit and had me go to some places on my computer that had warnings and error messages so that seemed genuine. Then they claimed it was because my Norton license key renewal had expired (even though my Norton says it's working properly and my computer is secure) and they wanted to sell me a Microsoft key renewal for my Norton. When I refused they said Microsoft is going to blacklist my computer and not help me again. Wwwhhhaaatttt? I assume it's a big scam...wanting the $ for the license key renewal but thought I'd check. I have a triple-boot PC (don't ask) with 7-Vista-7. When 8 is released, I will replace the Vista partition with 8. I don't need help with the install, as I know that I just follow the Custom Install route. My question regards the removal of the Vista partition. I could format that partition first, but will Windows become confused and think that Vista still exists somewhere? Or I could just install 8 with a Clean Install. Any suggestions? I really hate it when multi-boot systems remember an OS which is long gone. And if I want the boot order to be 7-8-7, will I need to edit boot.ini? (I ask this last question because it appears that the last OS installed is the top one in the boot list seen just after the BIOS screen) View this thread

12 people are using OneNote 2010 on a network. These 12 people have 1 shared, main, departmental notebook but also, each has his/her own personal, notebook. If someone adds a new page to the main, shared department notebook, how do the other people know that something new was added and where it was added? Is there some way for people to get a notification at the bottom of their screen "OneNote has updated Notebook A - Section 4 - added new page" "Click here to view this update"? Otherwise, this is double the work. And e-mail notification has to be sent out letting everyone know there was a OneNote update? And then from the e-mail, users must figure out where the update is in OneNote? The entire point is that we don't want to send out the e-mails to begin with. So how could we do this? Hello, I have a problem in Outlook 2010 the reading pane is working but the options are completely greyed out. The option I am referring to are in Options - Mail - Reading Pane. I can't copy and paste formatted text within the same or between Word and Excel documents and import from internet web pages, BUT AFTER THAT INTERNET has been activated (called-on); I read the comments of Skype interference, and that re-sactiavted the double click on call function (whih was off anyway), re-started the PC, and the copy/paste worked perfectly AS LONG as I did not call internet. After that I called internet, such copy paste did no longer work and only an unformatted text was pasted within word or between word & excell or importing webb portions from internet. Therefore it seems that internet caused the interference, I ignore where. This started several days ago, without understanding of wht and how. CAN YOU HELP??? View this thread
