  1. Stick with balanced if I was you. It is a safer bet.
  2. Ace I keep myne on balanced this still gives me my average 7 hours usage of battery.
  3. If you run a system restore to before you uninstalled the origonal software the webcam software should still be on your machine and should not require a reinstall.
  4. Are you able to do a system restore to just before you uninstalled the origonal software?
  5. Did you make sure you uninstalled the other webcam software first?
  6. Have you tried file sharing over your wireless network? As you would do with your music? EDIT: Can you borrow an external rom drive from some one?
  7. Your welcome. The stick of RAM may run in an older computer but not yours.:(
  8. If you have a USB pen drive you can copy the software disk only to the USB pen drive via another computer then use the USB pen drive to transfer the software. Yes you could install over your network as in wireless using another computer.
  9. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! :)
  10. The RAM is incompatable.
  11. Hello there. Well the software you installed is incompatable with your hardware. You need to uninstall the software and reinstall the origonal software. Hardware such as web cams come with there own compatable software and is usaly only updated when the manufacturer does so.You installed software that was ment for a diffrent grade of cam. I note you have Medion brand there for you should of been supplied two disks for your make and model of machine. One disk is operating install disk the other should be software install disk for such items as your cam. Uninstall the software through add and remove located in Control Panel. Pop in the software disk and reinstall the origonal software your cam should then be back to normal. Or the origonal software can be downloaded from the manufacturers website for your make and model of machine. Jelly Bean.

  15. Hello Angel and welcome. Let me input and hopefully others will also. What Internet explorer are you using?6,7 or 8? Have you updated Java? What chatrooms are you refering to? Do you have flash player installed?
  16. You are very welcome Sarah. If you need further help or just want to surf around the forum and join in the fun side than please do.
  17. Hello Sara. Ok let me explain. Is your netbook connecting to the internet at all? Are you able to open webpages? If yes then you need to download and run each item in the list. First download and run "Download the latest version of AOL" by clicking this button: http://info.aol.co.uk/images/buttons/but_getitnow_blue.gif on the link I gave you earlier. Follow the onscreen instructions during download and installing. Then next download and run "Download AOL Toolbar" click the button next to it: http://info.aol.co.uk/images/buttons/but_getitnow_blue.gif Again follow the instructions onscreen that it gives you. Then if you wish to use AOL Instant Messenger then click the button next to it: http://info.aol.co.uk/images/buttons/but_getitnow_blue.gif Then follow the onscreen instructions again. If during any of the installs the computer states it needs "Restart" then you must restart the machine before the next install. You may need your AOL user name or email adress and password during the install. If you cannot get the netbook connected to the internet then your option is to download and "save" the softwares to a USB pen drive via another computer then plug into your netbook and run and install from the USB pen drive. If you do not have a connection via netbook I can give you further instructions on how to use a USB pen drive to transfer files. JB.

  22. Hey there. I know your profile says XP but to right click and run as admin you would be running Vista? Are you running XP or Vista? In my computer have you tried a right click on the rom drive while disk is inserted and choose explore? How much free space do you have on C: drive most games need a certain amount of free space to install. Do you have the compatible Direct x installed? Could you post fuller computer specifications as in hardware please? Have you updated your rom drive drivers? Are you trying to use a rom drive DVD or CD or a combo? Are you trying to install using a CD/DVD burner drive? Now I am not great at games but let me see if I can find any help with this untill others step in hopefully and give us a few clues. Jelly Bean.

  25. Hello and welcome to the forum. Firstly please do not make multiple threads or post on others threads to gain help with your issues as this confuses any help given to you and other members. The unallocated on the slave drive means it needs formatting via disk management.
