  1. He he - isn't it/he awesome!!
  2. I would agree with Beeceebee - you definately have a heat issue, the fact that you have to leave it so long to me would imply the CPU is overheating. You can check this by entering the BIOS most BIOS have thermal sensors and the one on the CPU is normally pretty accurate. Post back what it says - Have a good clean of the inside of your case with compressed air (small sharp bursts as to not cause moisture buildup on components) you will more than likely have to take the CPU fan off and clean the thermal paste off the top of the CPU, apply some more thermal compound and re apply the heatsink. We can help you with all of the above so dont worry!

  6. Just to add to this - there is normally a sticker on the underside of the router with the model number and it should also have the homepage address and sometimes a password and username
  7. There are quite a few various models of that laptop available. Did you do anything at all before it stopped working as a light being on, even stuck on means that the drive is trying to do something.

  10. Ok - try setting the first boot device to HDD and then disable the 2nd 3rd and 4th (if there is one) Save and exit the BIOS and tell us what happens
  11. When you say 'you have malware' please be more specific They have yellow exclamation marks as windows no longer recogises them - you stated that you cannot uninstall the exclamations which makes no sense. Tell us how you came to know you had malware and we will advise from there. Either you did something to the network connections which is possible by your own statement above or you have malware, or even a virus on the PC. We can only help if we have a true understanding of what is happening

  14. Hmm they are phasing it out but I dont know why - I have never had any problems with it what so ever. I think that they are going to work on the Free version with the abilty to upgrade to the paid newest version, I think that not many people have heard of it and they want to get the 'brand' out there so people can see it.
  15. Ok - can you get into safe mode? this is normally done by pressing F8 or F10 repeatedly when the PC boots up. If you cannot get into safe mode then the chances are there is a serious issue. Please let us know and we will try our best to help you

  25. Please excuse me if you feel I'm being re-miss, but may I suggest without being impertinent, that it it may be wiser to alter your level of experience to a somewhat more exacting title, say Pretty Good or Adequate for example. Just a thought.
