    Hi This is most likely because it is a dual boot configuration. The one HDD is looking for the other HDD when booting. You can also try using Ultimate Boot CD to repair the boot problem Ultimate Boot CD - Overview

    Go to Start -> Run Type: msconfig then enter Go to the startup tab and list all the things thats has to to with HP.

    Most decent graphics cards will require a big-ish power supply. For instance, Nvidia recommends a 400W for the 9800GT

    Hi How much do you want to spend? Do you want to upgrade the Power supply too? Your Computer has got a PCI Express X16 slot, so the graphics card must be PCI Express.

    What did you do with the Vista Disk? Did you do a clean install? What is the make and model of the laptop?

    The Core i5 are really good also, and is much less than the i7. All those Pc's look good it is really up to you on how much you want to spend.
