I bought this Windows 8 option via PAYPAL with no idea there would be problems After spending many hours trying the program in Windows 8 it reached the end then statement " could not install will revert to your previous option" There seems to me many,many issues reading through reasoning and issues from many customers How many times are you suppose to try I've spend yesterday evening and today following the correct instructions, its obviously not compatible with my computer. I would like a refund, as I bought Windows 8 in good faith, with no pre-issues warning about installing issue View this thread

I have a Gateway Laptop, 2005 vintage. /windows XP Been working fine till this week. Slowed way down so decided to do a full scan with MS Essentials. It would get to C:Documents and settingsAll UsersApplication DataAOLDownloads And then Crash, Shut off completely & immediately. Uninstalled all AOL stuff, including downloads & retried. Same result. I mistakenly dowloaded Coupon Companion and Info atom and I can not uninstall them from my computer. Iam running Windows 7.I have gone to uninstall programs and have to uninstall it from there 5 or 6 times and itwon't install. I have tried to disable it from the manage add on and I can't disable it. I am tring to update Windows 7 Home Premium. I built a computer with an AMD A10 chip, GA F2A85X-UP4 motherboard w/16Gb Ram, and a 128Gb SSD. Per the mobo manual, I installed the OS first, then the driver disk. When attempting to do updates to Win7, it hangs, whether trying to do it manual or automatic. On occassion, I can install some updates manually, but not often. I've tried the fix it utility, but it doesn't seem to do much, except to say the Windows Update database is fixed. What can I do to get the updates installed? If there is any other information needed, let me know. View this thread

I receive this error every time I attempt to install Update KB2750841. It has never installed. Windows update has not been installing updates on my laptop, so I have been trying to get them all caught up. I am having some other issues with another laptop so I am just doing both at the same time. I go to Windows update to search for updates that have not been installed, and this last time it came up with 2 updates to be installed.
