  1. This is indeed an odd one. IPv6 is the way forward and IPv4 will be phased out in time. It could be that the hosts for the website don't support IPv6 [ which would be odd ] It may be worth contacting them and asking. I will see if I can find anything more. EDIT: It looks like the host is BB-Online.net

  7. Hi again, We have to now assume that it is a setting in the router that is blocking Chrome. Try this first: You need to get to "Network and Sharing Centre" and take a look at the IPv6 settings in "Properties" click here If Internet Protocol v6 [ IPv6] is checked - un-check it and click OK. If it isn't checked - then put a check in the box and click OK. ============ Let me know the make and model number of the new router that you have please.
  8. Hi, Not to worry about adding an image from your screen. I have taken an image from mine. If I understand you correctly - your System settings are not checked as mine are. Can you highlight your name - then click on the "Edit" button Your personal settings should all say "Allow" - if they say "Deny" you will not be able to access the net with these settings. 16. Hi, Download "Revo Uninstaller" [ free version ] from here - click here After installing it > run the software You should see your printer software listed. Click on this to highlight then select "Uninstall" from the toolbar at the top. Just use the default option if asked which level of uninstall you want to use. No - not completely. Installed software gets distributed all over the system and is rarely in just one location. Uninstalling manually is rarely an option.
