I got your Blue Screen image.
Please confirm that you cannot access the Advanced Startup Options any more.
[ by tapping F8 once per second after switching on ]
If you CANNOT access the Advanced Startup please try the following:
Put the Win7 disc that you have in your optical-drive, switch off - and restart to boot from the DVD. Watch for the “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” message.
On the "Install Windows" screen, make the appropriate selections for language, time, and keyboard, and then click “Next”.
On the next screen, click “Repair Your Computer”. Do NOT click "Install now"
Click “Next”.
The “System Recovery Options” screen shown below will open.

6. Select System Restore
Select a date that is before we tried the .bat file fix - so before the 27th
