We want to get myanmar language pack to use microsoft windows 7 or 8. And we are ready to translate the language from EN-US to Myanmar officially. But do not know how to start and process. I had it installed and working and was going to install the new prerelease version which said I had to uninstall my curent version fist. So I did and I could't install the prerelease so I tried to install the current download version and I get the error code 80070656. I can;t install microsoft security essentials. I receive error code 8070656. I am not running any other anti virus or malware spyware software. I have windows XP and 32 bit. Please someone can you help me with simple terms for a fix. I had downloaded x64 for twice but utterly unable to update over the installed MSE Ver. 4.2.223.0 and getting message like The Microsoft Security Essentials has already installed. Thereafter, through property of the downloaded program I have noticed that every times it's being downloaded MSE Ver. 4.2.223.0 instead of 4.2.223.1. I seem to have that problem a lot of people are having with installing the security update for .NET 3.5 (KB2789650). I kept getting an 0x80073712 error so I tried following some of the recommendations I found here but they didn't work. I was able to turn the .NET 3.5 features on myself through the windows update window in the control panel, but the update still wouldn't install. I can't even open the windows update window anymore, it keeps freezing.
