First off, I want to say I am NOT trying to move Office 2013 Pro from one computer to another, or one owner to another. I just want to move my customer's Office 2013 Pro license from one Live ID to another, so they can all be grouped together for the company. Sound simple? I've looked everywhere to see how to do this. Original title : Removing a triangular shape arrow that appears whenever using internet and perusing up- and down? I think I had this appear before and it is driving me crazy. When on any internet site whether it be email, a separate site that I am perusing information and try to scroll down the page this triangular shape arrow appears; sometimes with a up and down arrow within a circle and a dot in the middle. This takes all my control away for scrolling the page and fast forwards the page to the bottom and if I try to scroll up the reverse happens. The only way I cawn stop it is to click again and it will temporarily stop it. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this annoying "helper"? View the thread

Hi guys, In the gap between our new laptop model and Windows 8 release we purchased about 35 machines which came with a Windows 7 Pro COA. All the new laptops now come with a Win 8 Pro license. As we will be using a Win 8 Pro MAK to deploy Windows 8 for these machines, I have been tasked with purchasing Win 8 licenses for these 35 machines through the Windows 8 upgrade offer. My question is, legally speaking, will we be licensed to deploy Win 8 Pro using the MAK key's we currently have if the Win 8 pro license is purchased through the upgrade offer? So instead of 'Purchase laptop with Win8 Pro --> Deploy using MAK key' It will be 'Purchase laptop with Win7 Pro key --> Upgrade to Win8 Pro license --> Deploy using MAK' I'm fairly certain that it wont be an issue but just wondering if anyone has some concrete information? I've recently picked up my 128GB Surface Pro, and purchased Office 365 along with it. Overall very impressed. I just have one issue. I'm trying to set up Outlook with my work email address (on Exchange). This email works just fine in the standard Windows 8 mail app, however I can't get past the intial set up of the account in Outlook 2013. It fails at "Searching for email@company.com settings". (I'm not putting my actual email address, but it does show the proper address. It tries both encrypted and unencrypted, but then fails. I have set up this Exchange email on several other devices without issue. (Past phones, current Windows Phone 8). I have a feeling it has something to do with the Domain, as I was never asked to enter that... Can someone lend me a hand? Thanks! View this thread

I cannot open any of my files. When I attempted to open it this message appears: "Microsoft 2010 cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel". Everything worked on Friday when I left work. I did not do any updates on my computer. As you can probably guess, I am not very computer savvy. Any suggestions? View the thread
