Dear All I'm looking for the Office 2013 Proofing Tools Kit (not individual proofing tools for each language, the kit with all of them) On my VL download section I do have the one for Office 2010 (Office Multilanguage Pack 2010 w/Proofing Tools (All Languages)) but I can't find it for Office 2013 I can't find it anywhere, even if every single documentation of MS does refer to it : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd162397.aspx "ProofKit.WW" folder ... Just had yet another call from 'Windows Service Station' saying I have been hacked and my computer is sending warning messages to windows and if I didn't follow his instructions all my data would be erased...An Indian sounding guy called Sam...I played along and got a phone number saying I would call him back he said 0808 1890111 which is a UK drug addiction help line... As I played along 'Sam' gave me an extremely long code to type in, something about windows event viewer... I know this is a scam and we have these calls often 3 times a week for some years now. I play along or am quite rude and tell them to be ashamed of themselves, depending on my mood...I really wish they would go away but I cannot block this 'no number' because it is off shore. Any suggestions of how to remove our number and name from their list (I have asked the scammers to do so but they take no notice). View the thread

Hi, When opening a folder( with some subfolders in it) on the desktop and then opening a subfolder , I close the subfolder, I do not get returned to the FOLDER, I get returned back to the Desktop. It happens with every folder , even with folders residing on other disks, like for exanple, "Disk-On-Key". My PC is working under Windows XP Professional (SP3) I am preparing (Tydiyng-Up) my PC to upgrade to Windows 7 and I must have repaired before going into Windows 7. hola tengo un problema con mi lap y es el siguiente, al encender mi laptop tarda en iniciar y paso el cursor sobre algún icono del escritorio se ilumina pero cuando lo paso sobre varios tardan en iluminarse y como que se traban, igual en el menú de inicio ocurre lo mismo, de igual manera cuando arrastro un icono a cualquier parte se traba y si dejo de mover el cursor tarda en seguirlo, no se si es por un programa que instale o por la ultima actualización me podrían ayudar me urge por que antes no se comportaba asi View the thread

I've upgraded my computer from 8GB of memory to 16 GB of memory and still see 3.25GB of memory available. This is my desktop that runs on a 32 bid Windows 7 OS. I have a laptop running on a 64 bid system and it does not seem to have this issue. Is this something due to the 32 bid and if so what are the options for upgrading to a 64 bid system short of reformatting my HD. I use my desktop to run Photo Shop, Dreamweaver, Excel, Word but no games so I am open to switching if it improve memory and performance. Thanks JT View the thread

With Windows Live I could forward/reply to an email with multiple addressees in the sender/cc box by clicking on Rely All in task bar. Today, nearly all my files and folders have a yellow swirly arrow overlay icon. I can't find this icon referred to anywhere online. Also, nearly all my files and folder have switched to "Read Only." i will have my family tree maker program open and all of a sudden I get the message "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify if a solution in available." This also happens when I use incredimail. Every time i click on a new email the about message also comes up. Hp 1020 using Windows 7. Since Microsoft update yesterday it will not print. Test page is fine but it just prints a blank sheet of anything else. Have tried printing from Internet, Microsoft Office docs. etc. Ink cartridge is fine. It is defined as the default printer. Never had any problems previously. HP 1020 was mentioned on update. After receiving some automatic updates, (Thursday) the time on my computer reset iself back to its original factory settings in 2001. So, when I plug the computer in, it automatically goes to set up. (I would normally plug it into the electricity and then switch the machine on via the tower button - but the set up process by-passes the tower button.) The machine seems to think it is a new machine again. I have since used custom update and it returned the error code 0x80072F8F. The directions on this to alter the clock worked at first, but the clock returned to the 2001 setting when the machine was next turned on. The 2001 settings have the added problem of making site security certificates invalid in Internet Explorer. Can you advise please on how to solve the problem? View this thread

When I right-click on the document icon inside a Library Document folder, the options include "copy" - but I want to send the copy to another folder, and there doesn't seem to be any way to direct the copy to another folder. How do I do that? How do I copy a Word document from Folder A to Folder B, without having to go to the trouble of opening the Document in Word and doing "Save As"? Thanks for your help!
