I had so much problems with windows 7 freezing all websites, the control panel, cursor/mouse, keyboards, etc. that I had to remove battery several times, about 6-7 times. The last time the battery refuse to be reinserted. I have used the cleaning compressed air spray on the computer all over, had even used some coconut oil on the battery latch to lubricate....but the battery is still Not inserting in its cradle. I have a pretty siimple, straightforward application I've developed and used over the past 20 years to handle my home finances. It includes several charts that were probably created back in Access 2003, which I used up until a couple of weeks ago when I subscribed to Office 365 Home and set up Office 2013, including Access. Most things worked without a hitch. In fact, all my old VBA code seems to run just fine. However, the charts don't work. The right side of chart gets cut off way short of the margin both in print preview and report view. Everything else looks fine and the data is correct. I've fiddled and fussed and fangled with zoom, clip and stretch. I've tried to resize the chart area - it just snaps back. I've tried everything I can think of based on 20 years of fussing with Access charts - which has always been a major pain - without success. I know, I've probably overlooked whatever is the obvious answer, so feel free to talk down to me. Any suggestions much appreciated! I have been using my Epson all in one for a couple of years. Now my PC and laptop do not connect with it. I get a message at start up to say some drivers have not connected so I am unsure if it is a computer issue or printer issue. Any ideas? View this thread

I have a friend that has Windows 8, and he uses the same network. In Windows 8, you can create/join a HomeGroup. But can Windows 7 connect to a Windows 8 HomeGroup? Or does Windows 8 have to join a Windows 7 HomeGroup? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance. :-) View the thread

Hi, I am trying to give my friend Remote Assistance using 3rd party software (TeamViewer8).He's hopeless at PC operating.I could remote him before when he was using his XP no trouble.Now that we both have W7 (64bit),we can't remote.I suspect it is his Windows Firewall not allowing the hock up.I do not use the Windows Firewall because I'm using firewall provided in my Router.What adjustments should he add to his PC.It is vital that I give him assistance,he is so lost.He doesn't even know how to change from his old Windows Messenger to Skype. i have a gateway genuine intel® cpu T2050 @ 1.60GHz with Windows 7 Ultimate installed on it, i hear a scratchy noise and it takes control of my mouse somewhat. The noise will start up after boot right away but sometimes it will take a little while. It almost sounds like a mouse scratching on a bed post and when it takes over the mouse; its not taking full control. It just makes the mouse jump all over the place while even if i'm not using the mouse at all. I have completly disabled all sound drives at one point turned all volume off as well at other times but i still hear this noise. I just recently had my cpu restored and a new hard drive put in. Everything is brand new on the cpu. Can you please assist me in finding out what this crazy noise is that is driving me mad? Also is it okay to run Norton and COMODO firewall on same computer? One more ? for now....I think someone has hacked into my system but I'm not sure I have Norton but was wondering, does Norton detect all acts of malicious malware, spyware, and viruses? Hello, I have ran into an issue with IE 10 on windows 7 and 8. Sometimes when I type something in address bar or try to find text using ctrl+f, it will only let me type in one character no matter how many times I go back to the bar.
