  4. I would be going for at least a 500 watt PSU,I would not be buying the Dell brand but OCZ or Corsair or another well known branded and reliable PSU.....

  7. Hello and welcome.... You do know its not as simple as just buying a graphics card and fitting it? Your PSU is only 375 watts you would also have to pay out for a new Power Supply Unit. JB.

  11. Have you fully updated Norton? However your not alone on this,I can see many are having issues with NIS 2012 and so far Norton has NOT found a fix or an update.... Norton is working on a fix.
  12. You were supposed to write "Ping" before the Google.com. In an earlier post you said you had bought a NEW Belkin adaptor,we have now been working on the assumtion that were using a NEW adaptor NOT the old one... Lets check this OLD adaptor,plug it into another computer or laptop. Install the software that comes with it. Does it work on another computer? If it dont work then the adaptor is broken. Or have you even tried the OLD adaptor in a diffrent USB port?

  14. Sorry I missed the bit were it said laptop.... Do you get post screen at all or is it just white on startup? While the external monitor is plugged in do you get post screen and windows start up or is the external white to? If you press ctrl+alt+esc does anything appear on screen but to do this unplug the external monitor.
  15. Hello there.Have you firstly tried this monitor on another computer or laptop? Do you have the taskbar on the screen? If you press CTRL,ALT AND DEL keys on your computer do you get anything on screen?
  16. Ok I am going to jump in here if you dont mind..... Are you using Internet Explorer to connect to the internet? If yes download FireFox on another computer and save the file. Get a CD/DVD writeable disk or a floppy or a USB pen drive and put FF download onto it and transfer to the computer.Install it. Open FireFox now can you connect to the internet? For Internet Explorer: 1.Close any Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open. 2.Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer. 3.Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. 4.Click the Connections tab, and then click Lan Settings. 5.Make sure there is only a tick in Automatically detect settings only. 6.Close Internet Explorer, then try opening again. If that doesn't work, try this : 1.Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open. 2.Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer. 3.Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. 4.Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. 5.Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate Filtering data. 6.In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialogue box,click Reset. 7.When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click Close, and then click OK. 8.Close Internet Explorer. Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer. Have you run the setup wizard for this connection? Have you run the connection wizard? Have you turned off your AntiVirus software and Firewall and then try to connect? Do you see the computer on the network of the main computer the router is connected to? Have you allowed the new Belkin adaptor to connect to the network via the main computer? Have you installed the new Belkin adaptor and put in the routers security key etc? When you hover over the little icon on the task bar what pops up? Does it say Access Local and Internet or just local? Start|run|type cmd type ping www.google.com Please post results. Turn off all computer/laptops/netbooks. Turn on wireless router then turn on the netbook,now can you get a connection? Is it possible the computer has a virus?

  23. Hello and welcome.... Could you list the make and model of your computer please,monitor etc..... However is your monitor HDMI capable? Have you simply tried an update of your sound card,monitor and graphics card driver and software? On updating the graphics card hardware driver you may need to update the software such as ATI Catalyst or NVIDIA control panel.... If you have a Reatek sound card you will also need the software that comes with it as well as the hardware driver... To set up a monitor/graphics card you have to use Windows setting and the graphics card software....
